Individual 3D Printing
I then started in inventor making some designs to hold the coins. The process basically was starting with a base than making and calculating the diameters of the coins and making circles on that base. Then extruding those circles upward about 3 inches and that's what the coin holder would look like. It would end up looking like four towers extended into the air with small slits in them so you can pull which ones you want out of the cylinders.

Here is the finished 3D printing object when it came off of the printer. It looks just like in the inventor software accept that it had a small bit of warping at the bottom slightly affecting its ability to hold coins.
During this project I learned that inventor can make a much more diverse range of objects than I once thought. I was able to create a much more complex object than my first design. I also learned a lot more about the 3D printing software. 3D printing has always been something on my bucket list and I finally got to experience it.
